A Customer Case Story is a more in-depth customer testimonial that goes deeper than a regular case study or testimonial. It’s designed to really get to the heart of why that specific customer decided to work with you and the benefits they’ve got out of that – which makes them much more persuasive than a normal testimonial when you use them in your content.

It’s getting harder to stand out online…you may have noticed.  And unfortunately, there’s a lot of fraudsters out there, which makes people (quite rightly) picky about who they work with and not know who to trust.

Getting great testimonials is a very effective way of building trust, connection and giving people a glimpse of how you work, before they commit to working with you.

The only problem is, you have to put the right thing in a testimonial to attract more of your dream customers, and if they (or you) aren’t comms experts, it’s hard for them to know what to say in that testimonial.
